A house with lots of character consisting of 4 big bedrooms, 1 bathroom, two toilets, huge family room and a sun room.

The house is fully furnished, except for bed linen, kitchen cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

Cleaning of common areas, gas, electricity and garden maintenance will be included in the room tariffs.

Rent has to be paid in advance either monthly or fortnightly, preferably monthly.

Students are required to sign 48-week lease at the beginning of the year. Students can leave their possessions in the rooms for summer breaks if they wish to continue the lease for the following year.
