Air-conditioning in the family room, ducted heating throughout the house and ceiling fans in the bedrooms will keep the house comfortable throughout the year.

A single garage also is converted into a functional spacious bedroom with internal and external access offering loads of privacy.

The house is fully furnished, except for bed linen, kitchen cutlery, and crockery and cooking utensils.

Cleaning of common areas, gas, electricity, internet connections and garden maintenance will be included in the room tariffs.

Rent has to be paid in advance either monthly or fortnightly, preferably monthly.

Students are required to sign 48-week lease at the beginning of the year. Students can leave their possessions in the rooms for summer breaks if they wish to continue the lease for the following year.
